We refer to the Article in the New Straits Times on 16 January 2010 entitled "SunCity hopes to list property trust this year".

We wish to inform that Management is presently discussing with investment bankers on a proposal to list a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) later this year, subject to market conditions. Should the proposal materialise, we will make the appropriate announcements.
